Supporting muscle growth

Hi guys!

Just wondering if it’s necessary to take BCAAs for muscle growth. And if so, do you take them before, during, after working out? Also for my ladies, which BCAA brands do you love and have seen progress with? Thank you!!

    If you are carnivourus and eat plenty of your protein from animal products, you will be fine without the need for BCAAs to assist for a anabolic response.

    If you consume mostly or all your protein from non animal sources, you might benefit from BCAAs for a anabolic response.

    There is some data(nothing rock solid) that does suggest BCAAs reduces fatigue and can improve palatability for consuming liquids. So BCAAs "might" be helpful for fatigue and hydration.
