Daily Weighing/fluctuations Logs (beginners starting at 370lbs)

Afternoon all,
I'm creating this post for people that are starting around the weight I started to lose weight, which was 371lbs. I started my journey on May 11th, 2019. In the beginning, I had questions on whether or not, "should I weigh daily" or "should I weigh weekly", or "how intense will my fluctuations be on this journey". I had a numerous amount of questions that I asked myself, and I'm in the position to share my progress with many of you guys that are just starting and might have questions that are similar to mines.
The following log-ins you see below are from me weighing in daily from May, 11th 2019 till present. You can get an idea of how fluctuations were for me with my starting weight and how they might be for you **NOTE**(but everyone is different, so please don't take this information as accurate and how it's gonna be exactly for you) we all have different body types, goals, habits, etc. During this time I was on 1500-1560 calories a day, somedays If I didn't eat till later, I would do around 1350 calories (i do not recommend these calories) but I've always tried to consistently eat around 1500-1550 calories a day. Those days that were low, is when I was really busy and didn't have time to fit in a meal until later in the day, etc.
Currently, I just changed my daily intake to 1750, so I will see how my weight loss progress changes now from 1500 to 1750.

Congratulation on your very rapid weight loss so far.
You are successfully applying a very large deficit, one that is probably close to 1700 Cal a day.
It appears that you are creating a deficit that is more than 50% of your tdee and that, on average, this has resulted in a more than 1% of body weight weight reduction per week!
I hope that you're also using this time to develop a solid maintenance plan with multiple fall backs and back stops and to figure out why you used to habitually overeat in the past and how you will control, or mitigate, this tendency in the future.
This is because on resumption of eating more normally after an extended and sharp restriction such as yours, you're likely to encounter a more than average hormonally driven push to regain which will usually manifest itself as rebound hunger.
The convention, as I understand it, is to present methods we think will help others achieve success in this forum, and to celebrate with much less of a critical review our successes in the success forum.
I would not feel compelled to highlight your much higher than 25% deficiit these past few months if this thread was posted in the success forum.
But finding it in this forum I feel compelled to point out to potential lurkers that optimally setting ourselves up for the long haul is, in my opinion, just as important as succeeding in our initial weight loss
And extremely rapid weight loss doesn't often allow for an optimal long term set up.
As I see that you're starting to adjust your game plan as you approach the lower risk obesity levels, there is a good chance that you will successfully manage your transition and I look forward to learning of your success.
