Hey I’m Therese. I’m 5’4 and weigh 140lbs hoping to get down to 120. I need help just staying motivated.

    I'm Kelley. I'm about the same as you. 5'3 weigh about 148. I would love to lose atleast a good 20 lbs and could use a buddy. I have the MVP app, do I just add you as a friend? Sorry, I'm new to this.
