You can easily lose weight with low carbohydrate in your breakfast, lunch and dinner with Cardio and GYM. I lost 35 KG in 1 year time with slow pace.

    Weight loss is all about calories. Reducing your carb intake is one approach.....to weight loss. The problem for me is weight loss eventually leads to weight maintenance, and low carb is not my forever choice.

    So, I'm glad it's working for you now, but make sure you have a strategy in place to eat (somewhat) fewer calories forever. If that's not low carb, figure out what that new strategy will be.

    I am enjoying a Pepsi right now as I type this (as I have for my entire life). It didn't cause me to gain weight and it didn't stop me from losing. Do what works for you. Congrats on your success.

    I hate to brag... but I've lost almost three pounds over the last five years.

    on average I consume 200-300 g of carbs a day , and have lost 90 lbs just by staying at a calorie deficit.
