Hey all,
Just starting over. Wanted to know some ways to get back on track and stay there for a mom and working teacher.

    You just have to want to do it.

    For me, back on track is small sustainable goals and then adding on as time goes on. Pick something simple like a step goal or xx servings of veggies. Trying to do everything at once can be overwhelming.
