I see some people have posted they've lost a FEW lbs with them...
I've lost 44 lbs and not one diet pill was taken. EVER. I even eat 1688 calories a day, still losing.
Diet pills are good at one thing, possibly damaging your body.0 -
ok so I know there is no magic pill or drink for sure. but I just started plexus which has this stuff in it. also using a calorie defecit to lose. I lost 8 lbs and 3 inches in 9 days. its not anything magic for sure it just curbs my appetite so that I can stick to my diet. if that's what u mean when u ask does it work then yes it can work.... but u still gotta sacrifice calories to lose weight. that's just my opinion.
You didn't lose 8 lbs of fat in 9 days.0 -
Heres the magic pill.
Find your TDEE. Eat less than that.
Rx Repeat Daily
Tip: You can accelerate your loss by increasing the % you intake below your TDEE, exercise H.A.M, tweak your macros that work for you. :flowerforyou:0 -
I need to go hunting for the article again (I can't remember if it was on Reddit or facebook) but I read that the company that sells them has been stealing blogger weight-loss photos and claiming the loss was due to their pills. They liiiiiieeee.0

This. Every 'diet pill' comes with a healthy eating plan. You can eat healthily for free and have the same results. Scam.0 -

6 to 7 of that would be water you was holding.
As for fat burners I've said it before unless its. T3 (Can put you in thyroid shock, medication for life) DNP (Cooks you from the inside, Poisonous and highly dangerous) it's not gonna work.0 -
'well considering I have lost 14.5 lbs in two weeks and normally it would at the most 4 lbs I would say, based on that, YES IT'S WORKING!!!0

That is your opinion and you are welcome to have it. But don't jump ppl who say it works for them, its counter productive. Just MY opinion.0

Anything that is going to give you dramatic results won't be sold over the counter. A lot of people have had luck with phentermine, but in my experience and based on what my doctor has told me, when you stop taking it the medicine causes your brain to release some chemical that tells your body to eat more. So basically you will gain the weight back once you stop taking it.
Just eat right and work out. Its the only long term solution.
I can update everyone about this next month when I go to the doctor. I have been on phentermine for about two months. Please understand I knew before taking it that it was not a wonder drug and I needed to make changes. I am using it as an aid along with drastically changing my eating habits and actually getting back to the gym more. The combination of all three has helped me lose 21.5 lbs in those two months. Phentermine is only prescribed for 3 months. After that it is up to the person to stay on track. I will say it has helped give me the drive to keep the weight off and continue to lose more so I reach my goal and feel better.0 -

I've been taking these for 10 weeks combined with a careful diet and exercise (cycling). My results were outstanding but in saying that I was very strict and followed my program to a tee. I went from 233lbs to 195lbs. Bought the product from amazon. the brand I use is "Healthy Clip". I chose them because they recommended diet & exercise and gave away healthy eating bonus material with the purchase. I found it good value anyway:)0
