Gym buddy in Madison, WI

I recently moved to Madison, and I belong to the YMCA. I want to build a routine of working out, and I also need to make some friends outside of work. So, I'm hoping to find a gym buddy that will help keep me accountable. I am 34/m, not a newbie to the gym, but not super experienced. I'm looking for another guy, preferably around the same age. Not looking to switch gyms (just got locked into a year contract).
