Need motivation to get your daily steps in?
This is a monthly challenge to get your steps in. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - You set what your daily/monthly step count is. You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.
You will need a step counter, i.e., FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin or whatever other tracker you use, to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

My goal is 7000 steps a day, as I have a sedentary job.
Lately I have been going to the gym so have been able to get more steps in.

I used to get on average 15000 steps a day however, due to some changes in the past year (including getting a desk job) that is no longer possible most days. Rather than setting a goal I know I won’t meet most days, I’ve decided to make it a monthly goal to get the same number of steps but spread out over the month.

Sorry I've been AWOL. The work situation that had been causing me so much stress the past 2 weeks has finally been relieved, and I'm so happy! I really love my job...in fact, yesterday I had my 30-year work anniversary.0 -
Working at a desk all day makes it hard to get any steps in but I'm determined to try and get 10,000+ a day. It's never to late to start! You can do anything you put your mind to! 👍1
