2020 Challenge for 20-somethings (or any age)

Hi!
I am a 24yo looking for some support. I am now looking to healthily lose about 20 pounds over the course of 2020. I work full-time and I'm struggling mostly with my diet. I am pretty good with exercise and I walk quite a bit at work. I am seeking some accountability to keep me tracking my calories every day.
I currently weight 192.7lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. I hope to settle around 170lbs.

Love it I'm in! I need a Accountability partner as well. I'm 29 and getting married in 4 months. Want to get back to my pre-relationship weight. Goal to lose 12 pounds by march 2020. What changes are you making to reach your goal?3
