2020 Challenge for 20-somethings (or any age)

Hi!

I am a 24yo looking for some support. I am now looking to healthily lose about 20 pounds over the course of 2020. I work full-time and I'm struggling mostly with my diet. I am pretty good with exercise and I walk quite a bit at work. I am seeking some accountability to keep me tracking my calories every day.

I currently weight 192.7lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. I hope to settle around 170lbs.

    Love it I'm in! I need a Accountability partner as well. I'm 29 and getting married in 4 months. Want to get back to my pre-relationship weight. Goal to lose 12 pounds by march 2020. What changes are you making to reach your goal?

    Would love to connect with you! I'm turning 28 this year. Started December 8th at 191.6lb and am sitting at 185.8lb now. Hoping to reach the 145-135lb in 8 months (aiming to consistently lose about 1.8lbs a week).
