Hello,

I think this is helpful so I am putting it out there. A short challenge heavy on consistency and transparency, which it is hoped will propel all of us into a healthy habit-based year. The process is the goal . . . the goal is to have a process :smile:

For ten days straight, starting Jan 1, weigh yourself.
With the usually caveats: same scale, same time of day, wearing the same amount of clothes, etc.

For ten days complete your food log and click the 'Complete This Entry' button before the end of the day.

That's it!

For example
Jan 1:
Weighed (Y)
Logged (Y)

--You don't have to post your weight, and you don't have to open your diary, just be consistent with yourself doing the work, and consistent with your challenge-mates reporting each day. If you are all excited, but are going away for a chunk of this time, or are going on a silent retreat, or going mountain climbing, there will be other challenges for you. We will be consistently and with accountability taking the challenge!!!!
