I am thinking of being really committed to tracking my calories for a while. Is there anyone else out there that makes their Food Diary a serious commitment? I am planning on eating 1,500 calories a day and burning 2,000 (fitbit). A lot of times I prep my food the night before. I love my food scale. I am thinking of starting an excel spreadsheet to track my daily intake, output and the effect it has on my weight. Is there anyone else here who
- tracks every calorie they consume
- track their heart rate to determine daily calorie expenditure
- uses a food scale
- preps food beforehand
- has excel skills (lol)
- committed to do this for a while
