    I'm looking to buy L'glutamine today just for a Post Training supplement.

    This will be the first time I'm buying a supplement and need to know can I just buy anyone or what must I look for on the Nutrition label. Please help

    Unless you are a vegan or plant based, there isn't much evidence to support the supplement..
