I have tried so many times. I have also failed many times... But this is the year! I will be 28 this year. My baby is going to be 7. I want to be around for when she has kids. I love my family. And want to be here for them. I am currently 283.3 lbs. I hate admitting that. But my progress is going to be out there for everyone see. Even my stumbles. I need to stay motivated and get in shape. Especially if I don't want more health problems..
I know once the weight is gone. The disk in my back won't hurt as much. I will be able to keep up with my baby. I won't feel as insecure about myself. Bc my weight is my big issue. Can't wait to get started tomorrow and stay going! Happy new years everyone!
