Hello to MyFitnessPal Community,
I’m looking forward to 2020 and a reengaged effort to lose 10lbs and keep it off. I’ve always been an active person and fan of strength training and cycling. Several years ago my professional life changed for the better with international responsibilities and travel. The down side of this opportunity has been a decline in my nutrition, overall fitness, and sleep patterns. This must change in 2020. My commitment is to lose and maintain 10lbs weight loss first and foremost. I have also committed myself to disciplined workouts and cycling, walking, and / or running no matter where I travel. Looking forward to this journey and so far happy with my MyFitnessPal experience.
