Am new & fasting intermittently

Happy New Year everyone! I am a female baby boomer wanting to lose about 55 pounds and am currently fasting 16 hours, eating 8 hours ( intermittant fasting). I'm on my 2nd day and am feeling good! I may not log my food every day but will log my weight and take photos every so often. I weigh every morning. I recently bought a 10 pund kettlebell I'm using at home. I wish people well and look forward to reading comments from other people on MFP. Have a great day! Please add me especially for baby boomers!
