I have been in nursing for 2 years and got way off track and now that I have graduated, I am really going to try to stay committed. I am 40 and need to lose over 100 pounds. I am married and have 2 kids and they try to be supportive, but do not commit to eating healthy so it makes it hard. I know I need help on this journey. Hi Cinaminy, congratulations on graduating and for making back to MFP. I’d like to be your friend! I need help too. Im 37 and And 6 years ago I lost 50 pounds on MFP and maintained for a few years. Then two years ago, my brain turned off and the weight has been creeping back. I found MFP to be the best tool not just for weight loss but for health and emotional support as well.1
