I have been in nursing for 2 years and got way off track and now that I have graduated, I am really going to try to stay committed. I am 40 and need to lose over 100 pounds. I am married and have 2 kids and they try to be supportive, but do not commit to eating healthy so it makes it hard. I know I need help on this journey. Please feel free to friend me so we can support one another! Happy new year!!!

Hi Cinaminy, congratulations on graduating and for making back to MFP. I’d like to be your friend! I need help too. Im 37 and And 6 years ago I lost 50 pounds on MFP and maintained for a few years. Then two years ago, my brain turned off and the weight has been creeping back. I found MFP to be the best tool not just for weight loss but for health and emotional support as well.1
