Should I increase my daily calories? Need opinions

I've read quite a lot of helpful threads around but I might also need some direct to the point opinion about what i'm doing (so I can improve even more)
Just as an intro, i've already lost around 10 lbs and about 15 lbs away from my goal weight (or at least till my tummy gets flat).
However, I think I might have even gained a pound this past week (Factoring out water/sodium weight)
I'm at a 1200 cals diet but I always eat WAY more than that (average at 1600 to 1800 cals because of exercise gains). I firmly believe that I have to earn what I eat thats why I always double my workouts everytime I know that I am going to go way over my limit.
Using the scooby calculator, it states that my BMR is at around 1500 cals and 1400 cals for my goal weight (with zero exercise). Should I increase my daily calorie intake to that or stick to the 1200 diet that worked for me?
Note:
I am currently doing daily Ripped in 30 (30 mins), 15 min strength (youtube) plus additional 30 mins circuit training for variety depending on what i expect to eat.
Note 2:
For those who read my food/exercise diary, I also need some opinions on how to improve my diet. Do I eat too much white rice and/or peanut butter? Too much sweet mangoes?
Other stats:
Height: 5'4
Age: 30
Current weight: 135lbs
Body Fat: havent measured yet sorry
