Hey! So I'm back, I seem to think I can do it alone once I've lost weight, wrong, I guess I need the diary and the motivation from you lot.
Here's a snippet about me, add me if you like.
Londoner now 'up Norf', 40, eek! (Just turned) need to get a grip on a few things, my extra rolls not being one of them!
Happily engaged, 2 boys (24 and 21) plus a tombstoned toothed fluffy puppa with an obsession for satsumas and pears. Veggie dog!๐
Successfully used FMP in 2016 going from a UK 20 to a UK 14 in around 7 months, smashing 500+ calories a day on my cross trainer, cutting out booze, eating better and then, well then it all went to pot, Malbec, relocation and living in a property renovation/building site for a good few months living on takeaways and visting the pub way too much, couple that with a new job that's as energetic as an undertakers customer and bosh, back to square one (almost)
I'm feeling it, feeling dull, sluggish, more sluggish than a group of slugs, or is it colony? Stack of slugs? That sounds right? ๐คจ My insomnia is back too, only I can get insomnia from alcohol! Everyone else passes out, me, I'm up at 2am bleaching the kitchen! ๐

I signed up here, but never did anything. On another site, counting my calories, I did loose 20 pounds. Went white water kayaking at 49. But got those pounds back, and 20 more. Like you said, it all went to pot. I was ready last time it worked. I feel ready this time. I had a solid diet when it worked. Aimed to get all my requirements, including potassium, fiber, sugar, etc. Used almond milk, no sugar, low salt V8, and started mainly walking and riding bike. I think my key was I logged everyday. I've got a cold, so not 100% starting. But, going to try and log in everyday. Talk to people with same goal. We both know it can be done, and how good it feels. Let's do this thing!2
