I lost thirty pounds last year starting exactly a year ago today! I have about seven pounds to lose after the holidays and a loose fall. But I’m ready to do this!

Last year these challenge groups really helped me! I liked to weigh myself Friday mornings. Feel free to use this thread to keep yourself accountable!

    I’ve recommitted, since that’s what you do in the new year, right?

    I’ve reset some goals and have it set up to lose 12lbs by Valentine’s Day

    I’m in! Though, technically I’m not supposed to be weighing myself since I started Whole30 on Dec 28 to test gluten sensitivity. Oh well, I’m doing what works for me :)

    Hallaleyer you're here. Girl I have been terrible over the holidays. I gained 11 lbs back of my hard earned 63, putting me at 178. I tightened back down on Monday and was hoping so hard for this thread as it really helped motivate me last year. Thank you thank you thank you! My goal by Valentine's day is to get back to my lowest of 167. I weigh and log here on Mondays.

    This challenge seems made for me this year. I just finished a challenge to lose 5 pounds over the holidays (instead of gaining the same) and nailed it. Just realized if I continue to lose a pound a week, I'll hit 214 on 2/14. Too perfect. If I lose more, seriously cool. But at a pound a week seems reasonable so I'm going to go for it. Count me in!
