I need help, what should I do?

It's so hard to lose weight. I wish I had someone to message me at certain times and say hey it's time to eat or hey what are you about to eat. I can push myself through exercise, I can get and make the healthy foods but I cant promise I'll eat them unless I have that extra push. What should I do?
(Plz dont say boyfriends or friends cause most of my friends and family are carnivores)

Can you set yourself reminders on your phone? At the end of the day, you're far better off being your own motivator. I realise that can be difficult, but it's a good skill to learn.11

Are you just forgetting to eat until you're very very hungry or are you getting food that you consider healthy but unappealing to yourself?
This is a genuine question because I couldn't figure it out from your original post.
Reminders will work for the first.
The solution for the second is to slowly introduce changes that lead you to the direction you want to end up.7 -
Weight loss shouldn’t be this hard. Seems like you are punishing yourself. Maybe just try and focus on calories right now and slowly work nutritious foods into your diet. Don’t do it all at once, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work! Weight loss shouldn’t be miserable. Everyone has to eat and you need to learn to be accountable for yourself. It’s the hard truth but relying on other people isn’t always good. Also how big is your deficit?3

I'm confused. Do you mean you find unhealthy options instead of the healthy foods you mention or are you actually forgetting to eat? Genuine question, I've forgotten to eat dinner for about three days. MFP yells at me. Set a reminder on your phone. And there's no shame in eating a healthy sandwich for dinner if cooking is a pain in the butt (I hope!)
If you're not eating the healthy stuff, are you buying tasty healthy stuff? I have bought lots of celery (for example) in my life because it's what I 'should' eat and I HATE it. So I don't eat it. I have thrown out just as much celery. I've accepted that I can eat less of what I like with the same result although it does perhaps mean I need a multivitamin. Not ideal but no shame in that either Work the stuff you 'want' to find appetising in bit by bit.1 -
If the problem is you find the healthy options bland and boring perhaps try 1 new healthy but very flavorful and seasoned recipe per week. Lots of herbs and spices are really low calorie while adding lots of delicious flavors0

My personal opinion — and my wording will sound harsh but it’s not meant that at all — is that you don’t want it badly enough. What if you tried to be spot on for four weeks... then see how it went?
I recommend pre logging and pre preparing your food for tomorrow tonight. Then your goal is to eat everything you already logged and measured. Which sounds kinda fun — like “ohhh my goal for today is to eat all of this!”5 -

Sounds like you don't find your "healthy" options appetizing? We don't have to live on "diet" food in order to lose weight.
I eat pretty much the same, only I have smaller portions of the high calorie stuff and larger portions of low calorie/high volume foods like vegetables.
For example, I used to split a pizza with my OH but now I have less plus a big salad (easy on the dressing.)0
