Roasted vegetable calorie count
In trying to find the calories for 1 c. of roasted veggies, I noticed a big discrepancy between all the listings. How do I figure out the amount close enough or should I just call it good? I looked under root veggies but there were also non-root(?
) veggies too?
Guess I shouldn't be sweating the small stuff, right?

log the weight of each type of veggie you cooked raw and any amount of oil. that is the cals for the full thing.
Now, if you are only eating a portion, then weigh the finished product too and weigh the amount you took, that way you can work out the % of the total cals you ate.0
