My journey continues

I have been on and off MFP for years now. I have also lost and gained like a rollercoaster for years. Most recently though, I've been losing.
SW: 235 (Sept 6)
CW: 207
Goal: Size 8ish; strong AF

Nov - Dec was difficult due to my birthday, my husband's birthday and of course the holidays.

My current plan:
Protein - 150g
Carbs- 80g
Fat - 30 g
Water - 80 oz or more
Workout - Crossfit 3-5x/week

The thing is the last couple of months I've been estimating and definitely not tracking. My current goal is to TRACK. It's SO easy, no idea why I don't. I see much more success when I do.

I am also hoping to start cooking a little bit more. I've been good at meal prep for lunches (chicken, asparagus and rice usually) but I mean more for dinner.

Looking forward to being inspired by others' progress and inspiring others by my progress.
