So . . . very glad to see this post. I am embracing the Keto lifestyle for two months as a way to gauge its effectiveness. I hesitate to commit to something I cannot sustain over a lifetime. I prefer balance. However, I do like what I see in the Keto lifestyle, so who knows?
Because I cannot stand to waste, I had my daughter clean out my pantry and frig just this morning of all food I need to avoid. I have been planning for a few days, and I am shopping tomorrow. The journey begins!1 -
Sounds like what I've been doing. We've been working through all of the carbs and unhealthy foods we have since Christmas and we're going grocery shopping tomorrow. We still will have carbs in the house cause my husband doesn't plan to go keto except for dinner. As long as I can resist the temptation of whatever he buys, I should be good. I'm so excited to get started!0

I've done keto before, and it's a good lifestyle for me (Type 2 diabetes is rampant in my family so ...) but I got derailed by a breakup and now I'm starting again (as of yesterday.) Glad to be here.2
