I don't know what I want....

Thanks for all the help recently guys. Making some good progress.

One thing I've never managed to figure out here, if you've never been a certain way, how do you know what the end goal you're after is, or what's realistically achievable.

I'm 6ft and dropped from 222 to 196.2 so far, I think for my height and frame somewhere between 163 and 168lbs is probably a sensible and safe size.

I need to do some accurate measurements tonight and find a good calculator to use as I'm getting quite varied bodyfat %ages on different tools online [between 23 and 27%]. I don't even know where to start with calipers......

Also, I'm not a member of a gym [there isn't one in my town and I doubt I'm going to join on] so most of my exercise comes in my daily walk or cario when I go out of my way. I guess that limits me on what the end result I can get to will be, at present at least.

I started this off as a 'I want to drop some weight and feel fitter and healthier'. I'm now starting to feel fitter and healthier and want to carry that on. But I'm not sure where I want to try to go with this....

I've seen the 'target range' weights / bodyfat percentages. I'm disciplined when I set my mind to things and I will get to my target, but I'm just not sure what I should see that as being.

How have you decided what the end goal looks like for you, or just gone with it and seen where you've ended up?

Hopefully that makes some sense.....
