Long overdue

In May of 2019, I was diagnosed with MS . It was a blow to my plans and myself. My ability to walk declined , and pain settled into my ankles . All my years of clumsiness now made sense . BUT, I don’t let it rule my life . I try not too anyway... 2020 is a new year for me . The year about me . I am finally putting myself first. So I picked up my fitness pal again after I let it go for a while ( bad memories I guess ). And I started the workout video I purchased before I was diagnosed . I promised myself twice a week . No specific day, just twice a week to stay. My goal is to loose 30 lbs by May.. that would be amazing .. so here is to a New Year, a new and focused me .
