Day 3: First bad day; but didn't make it into a disaster.

So...After two good days, I had a bad one. I'm not calling it slipping back into bad habits, since I haven't developed any good habits yet, but it was me not wanting to leave leftovers for some reason.

But after I had eaten way too much food, I didn't make it a total disaster. I didn't throw up my hands and use the slip up as an excuse to eat another 1000 calories like I would have just a week ago.

So, 1 step back, but at the same time a step forwards.

    today is also day 3 for me and I didn't get to work out this morning. I'm trying to convince myself the elliptical won't kill me after supper!

    Day 3 for me and literally no time for exercise today. Stuck to my calories though 🤗 hope to walk tomorrow. Good luck!

    I overate today. But I did work out (3rd day in a row) and didn’t eat past 8 so that for me is huge! Proud of you! You got this!
