Hi Everyone and Happy New Year! Iโ€™ve lost 20 pounds over the last 5 months. ๐ŸŽ‰ It definitely took some time, but consistency was key. My Current goal is to gain some muscle and focus on strength training. Exercising is my new favorite thing to do. ( Iโ€™m not a pro at it by any means) Searching for some fitness buddies and people who get excited about working out! Still figuring out how to use this app, feel free to add/friend me!
