Motivational friends!

Hello! I’m not exactly new here but I’ve been gone for a while and now I’m back. I’m looking for a friend group to help me stay motivated. We can help each other as we go along and share tips and recipes.
A bit about myself, I’m 25 5’5” and I weigh 170 right now. I have pcos and it’s been hell trying to lose any weight but whenever I do drop a few pounds I feel so much better. Overall I’m looking to lose 40 lbs but realistically I’m going to try to lose 25-30lbs by June. I’ve never actually set a goal and set time before so maybe this will help!
