looking for friends who support each other

I am trying to loose a weight to be super fit and change my habits. I need to cook healthy meals for my family while spending less. I would love to see your meal plan and accepting any advice.

    I would keep it simple. Track your macros, no starches past 2:00,no fruit past5:00, and stay away from dessert lol!

    I'm fairly new to the healthy eating side myself, so I'm also curious to hear of any advice/tips anyone has. But I guess a big thing that I've found to be helpful is certain recipe apps that are available, my 3 year old daughter is a nightmare when it comes to eating her vegetables, so I found a recipe for zucchini "muffins", I swapped a few ingredients around and how I now make it uses broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, sweet potato, small amount of shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder. Easy to make, tastes great and there's never an issue of her eating the vegetables she'd usually avoid, trying to find something that is both healthy and that everyone will eat is the mission.
