Hello

Hello everyone, my name is Regina and I live in West Virginia. I have used MFP for many years but I have never joined a group or challenge before. I always start out good in logging food but then I seem to quickly miss a meals and then days. sigh...

I'm 52 and currently weight 180 on a 5'6" frame. I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs more times than I can count the last couple years. Until I hit 42, I was always able to either watch what I ate or exercise and I could lose weight/fat and I was consistently about 150lbs for many years. However, something happened at 42 and I'm chucking it up to hormones and my metabolism seemed to just disappear.

I exercise a minimum 3 times a week and I like to lift weights. I'm hoping to get advise, inspiration and accountability from everyone!
