New to the site

Hi there. This is my third day on MFP. So far so good. I am a 55 yr. old female with LUPUS. I currently weigh 205. Would like to weigh 150 but being on prednisone that's just about impossible. Diabetes educator wanted me to document all my food so I thought I'd try this. I am also only 5 ft. tall. Can't do much exercise right now because of a sprained knee but I do cardiac rehab 1 day a week when able. Just like many others, motivation is just not there. Now looking for healthy recipes for 2 so I have leftovers. My friends on my floor usually like to share when we try new recipes. Everyone needs encouragement at some time. Thanks. Have a great week.
