Online meal plans are ridiculous

These plans want you to eat a litre of yogurt for breakfast, bring a tablespoon of peanut butter to work with you, or eat hummus 7 days a week. I dont even know what hummus is and I'm not interested in trying it . Frustrating....
So I'm 27, 160 lbs 6 foot and I want to put on atleast 30 pounds of fat and muscle over the next 6 months or so. I'm not just worried about ONLY lean muscle, I can manage a some fat...
Right now I regularly eat for breakfast
2 -3 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 toast, oj, yogurt
Snack might be a banana and a *kitten* granola bar
Lunch is regularly left overs.
Hamburger helper, or chicken breast (topped w/ cheese, tomatoes and onions, usual stuff ) or maybe left over pork chops in cream of mushroom soup. You get the idea .
Snack again is what ever junk food I have, chocolate, fruit roll ups, gushers.
Supper I do steak and potatoes, or soup and sandwiches. ( chicken and pork stuff listed above too )
I have been doing this regularly for months now and it doesn't go anywhere.
My question is. What can I really improve on to gain some real weight?
Maybe I should eat more sandwiches? I imagine I can add mixed veggies a little more often. Or maybe I'll start drizzling butter and olive oil over everything I eat 🤷♂️

I would look into foods that are calorie dense and start incorporating them in your diet.0
