Best low calorie fast foods? UK

I’m working away from home on a training course all week this week. I know it’d be best to make my own lunches up but frankly I have too much going on and the lunches are on expenses so makes sense to buy while I’m there. I will have all the usual high street food places available.... any suggestions?

I’ve been looking at subway and the calorie values seem surprisingly low. The salads especially. Also the steak and cheese wrap is “only” 660 which seems unbelievable to me... it’s pretty big and I’d have thought around 1,000!

Might be a bit odd but i'm veggie and i love to eat at Nandos when i'm sticking to my calories.
Their menu has all the nutritional info and some of the mains and sides are low calorie for decent portions.
    I like to have:
Super Green Pitta (474 cal) or Sweet potato and butternut burger (449) or Grains N Greens salad (189cal)
With 2 sides such as macho peas (141 cal) or Grauns N Greens (187cal) or Saucy Spinach (98cal)
    Plus
Long stem broccoli (24cal) or side salad (13cal).

If chicken is your thing their 1/4 chicken or grilled chicken pita is of similar calories.

Alternatively if i'm just after a take away salad both Waitrose and M&S have salad boxes 2 for £3.50 with really filling options. There is always the Boots meal deal which has by far the widest and healthiest selection of any high street chain.
