Afyer a year of starting up my own business and working 24/7 I have managed to gain what I lost last year, am looking to go back on a very low calorie intake and looking to drop around 10KG, anyone else needing support or just a fellow human enduring the same cravings and struggles feel free to message me. Have a great day

For me, too much deprivation leads to overeating. Very low caloric intake, without medical supervision, is not generally a favored practice on here.

I agree but in my situation I spend roughly 8 -10 hours continuously sitting down so my body burns a lot less calories than normal, on the days I work out I up it slightly so am able to work out without restrictions and health issues
