Daily greens smoothie

Hi There,
Totally useless cook here!
I'm wanting to make a "greens" type smoothie on a Monday for the week.
I dont have a juicer,only a blender.
Any ideas of a recipe type thing that o could put into the blender.
Want to get some micros in as I start the day!

Mine is spinach/kale, half a banana, frozen fruit or berries, flax seed, pea protien powder and a mix of fresh orange juice and water. Just blend it up. It's a lush green colour1

I buy a bulk shop with spinach, bananas, frozen strawberries etc. I bag it all into individuals bags for freezer then lift one out every morning, add some fage, orange juice, chia seeds and lean green powder and blend. Don’t have a lot of time in the morning so this saves a bit!1
