First of all I can't believe I am posting pictures but since I don't know any of you I am a little more comfortable with it.
I have lost weight before and then gained it plus way more back. But I am trying to focus on the here and now.
SW: 235 - Sept 10thish
CW: 205.7 - 1/5/2020
Goal weight: Ehhh...not too sure
Starting size: 20
Current Size: 16
Goal size: 8
Eating plan: 150 g protein, 30 g fat, 80g carbs. However, between Nov - Dec: holidays and birthdays, I definitely didn't track, I did more estimating and I know I didn't hit my macro goals a lot of the time.
Exercise: Crossfit 3 - 5x week
