Coffee shop addict challenge

My vice for the past 3 years has been the easy accessibility of coffee shops and taking my breaks to run and get the morning and afternoon caffeine boosts. I always order iced lattes and have packed on 30 of the 40 lbs I lost 5 years ago. My challenge is to still enjoy my trip to the coffee shop, but walk away with less calories. Today I ordered a plain iced coffee and went home to add an ounce of sugar free Torani syrup. That saved me about 300 calories and a couple bucks. Challenging myself to continue this for 30 days.
