Hi everyone! New to this and finding my way around here. I am looking for support and to give support. I am in my 60 th year and am the heaviest I have ever been . Feeling determined to do this . Let’s have some fun along the way x

    I wish you success! I'm glad you're taking this step to become healthier :) I suggest trying out the challenge - it is a good first motivator :)

    Most important, what I found helped me most, last time I did this, was to log, log, and log, everything. It made it a habit, and I could see results super fast... every time I picked up food, I realized I would have to log it later, and the idea of my left over calories/fats/carbs being wasted on a jolly rancher... wasn't worth it :)

    Thank you for your response. What is the challenge? Where will I find it.? Yes I am logging EVERYTHING! I am also doing a journal which records my mental insight into all this 😀

    Welcome!! I hope you find this app as useful as I have. I started using it about a year ago and dropped 40 pounds. I stopped using it and gained back 10. Log everything is the key!!! Good luck!!!
