I’m back to finish strong!

Hi!!
I used this app two years ago and it helped SO much! I lost 25 lbs through MFP then went on to losing another 15 lbs through beachbody Ultimate Portion Fix and their workouts! I’ve done so many things in proud of since 2018! Last year (2019) I became a runner completing my first 5k, 10k, 15k and then my first half marathon! Fitness has become my favorite thing to do, but I still struggle with my weight and binge/emotional eating! MFP has always been the method that made the most sense to me...Calories in calories out makes sense to me and I only it’ll help me finally hit my goal weight this year!

January 2018- I weighed 202 lbs!
January 2020- I weigh 170 lbs!
Goal weight- 145 lbs!

I start marathon training this Tuesday and a 60 day Barre program next Monday! My marathon is in May and I want to be in THE best shape of my life come spring! I’m also almost 90 days sober and starting counseling on Thursday! So many awesome things happening this year and I’m ready to focus on living my best life and turning 35 this September looking and feeling FANTASTIC!

    Amazing goals and also amazing accomplishments! I believe so strongly that you need goals besides just lbs to lose in order to stay motivated long term. I've just gotten in to running and am planning my first official 5k race and mini triathlon this year. I'm also turning 35 next year and 2020 is going to be the best year yet! I am cheering for you!

    You are already starting off the year STRONG. Great progress so far!
