One week update :)

I joined the website last Sunday and I weighed myself last Monday. I was 137 and while that was a gain from the end of last year, I was pretty down because I thought I should've weighed more.

I weighed myself a few minutes ago and I am now at 141. Four pounds gained. All from exercising and eating healthier. I am so thrilled right now and hopefully, 160 pounds will happen in a couple months. One step at a time. This site has been a phenomenal help. Good luck to everyone with your respective goals!

    4lbs in a week??? Even 2 lbs in that amount of time would be a LOT.

    Did you weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time of day with the same hydration status, etc?
