    I bought a gel nail polish - supposed to be "chip proof for 2 weeks"...day 2 and its chipped.

    I don't do chipped nail polish, can't handle it, had to take it off ASAP.

    I'm trying to enjoy my evening in a tank top and shorts, but have to wear a blanket because the dumb furnace is taking too long to get to a nice, toasty 26ish°C (~80 °F) in the big old house I'm staying at. Does make me appreciate my little apartment - heats up super quick.

    ...this may overlap with "first world problems"

    Realizing I want to make something, but that I don't have ONE ingredient to make it.. and nowhere that sells said ingredient is open (right now). Guess it will have to wait until another day (it's a slowcooker recipe, so I kinda need the ingredient in the AM and won't have time tomorrow). Bummer.

    When you go to the grocery store to buy hamburger that is pink and you get home to find out that the hamburger is black...took it back and got my money back...went to another store and got good hamburger

    That’s great! I have had to substitute ingredients before because I didn’t have one ingredient when I thought I did. It’s amazing how many things you can substitute. Hope it comes out great!

    I've random apartment inspection today, mine plausibly won't be 1 of the few chosen but they didn't give a time, either.

    Thereby for 9 hours I am unable to do much else, except wait upon them.
