    nice! I guess if you live long enough you manage to see all the cycles of nutrition myths. Butter vs Margerine etc... Wine and Chocolate. What I have learned over time is to always be a little skeptical of the latest studies. So easy to skew data towards your intended outcome either intentionally or not.
