Protein goals

My husband and I are both using myfitnesspal to lose weight. His protein goal is always a steady 92 grams, but mine is constantly changing. When I get up, it's 98 grams, but after a normal day it usually goes up to 120, and with a vigorous work out, as far as 145. Does anyone have any insight on this?
Also, I haven't figured out how to send "friend" requests, but feel free to add me. I would love a larger community on myfitnesspal.
