Hello friends,

I have been in and off this site for quite a few years. Well, I'm back. I am again getting my life under control.

Short version....5 years ago I had the bariatric sleeve done and lost well over 100 pounds....2 years ago, I had a liver transplant and now, life is finally getting back to normal. It has been a journey, and it still is a battle.

I am using the daily diary to track my good and will be ramping up excersise. My whole family is doing this together, do we have a built in network.

I would be happy to chat to anyone about life, illness, wellness it support. Feel free to ad me as a friend.
