I have a big problem with overeating that is exacerbated by the fact that my husband genuinely needs to eat the way my cravings want to. I also have difficulty exercising because of two 3 year olds (1 is mine & 1 I babysit) and a back injury. I have found that I can do Walk at Home workouts, so that's a place to start.
Anybody want to do regular workout check-ins? Or have ideas on how to do dinners for mismatched needs? We can't afford 2 different meals.
