Keep Strong

My plan for this year was to get myself back on track eating and training right.

Sadly on 02 Jan2020 my dad passed away at home. Yes he was very over weight and ill, he is gonna be my focus this year to get health and fitness for my 2 kids and girlfriend.

When *kitten* happens people have to step up and deal with it. Well as of 07 Jan 2020 my New Year starts.

Everyone already started keep crushing it and add me so I can see.

So very sorry for your loss, Chris. No one should start a new year - let alone a new decade - dealing with the death of a family member.

Give yourself time and then step up to the plate when you're ready. And 'crushing it' isn't really a requirement. Slow, steady, consistent and sustained progress will win out every time. <3

    Happy new year!

I’m truly sorry for the loss of your dad.

I lost a relative over the holidays who had also been ill leading up to his death. He had previously been very active and healthy, so he has become part of my inspiration. I’ll think of him if I’m dreading going out in the cold for my workout. He would have given anything to be healthy enough to be active again!

I bet your dad would be proud to be part of your inspiration to be healthy! Best of luck to you.
