Lose 3kg a month challenge

Let's see how long we can lose at 3kg a month.

I'm using an Excel spreadsheet linear trend line to get a number, currently 0.165 kg per day but that's helped by my pizza on New Year's day. I need to start running.

    So something unexpected happens so I'm starting again. The initial weight loss is just water but it'll help for the inevitable slowdown. No exercise yet, probably starting on 25th February.

    12 days in and my spreadsheet trendline says 102 grams weight loss per day, which is 3.0 kg loss per month. However the last 3 days I've been gaining. Let's see how the next few days go. I've been creeping over 6,000 KJ, there should be only 2 days when that happens (12th, 20th). I'll start running on the 20th, but my energy used by exercise is going to be small and quite slow to increase.
