Carbs vs Calories

I have PCOS which is a female condition that among other things makes weight loss difficult! I have had previous success with low carb diets! I allowed myself to snack and eat low carb foods as I saw fit! I am wanting to track using my fitness pal but I see calories as a primary goal, but if I eat my typical low carb items the calories arent necessarily in the range for MyFitnessPal goal! Does anyone have suggestions for a balance of low carb and low calorie dieting! I am also nursing if that changes anything!

    You can change the allocations of calories from carbs to more fat or protein in the custom set up option
