I have a Apple I Watch, does anyone know how to connect my stats with MFP?

iwatch sucks with MFP. It will track if you use exercise but the steps and day to day activities don't register well. I use Pacer to go between. I have Pacer talk to my iwatch and the Pacer talks to MFP. It works so much better and more accurate.1

There should be settings on your phone to connect the watch to MFP and one in MFP under apps to connect to the watch. So you do both to connect it. Then when you want to log a workout on MFP using your apple watch you go to the icon of the little man running on the green background on your watch. Scroll down to find the workout you want to do and press the three dots in the upper right corner of the type of workout. It will ask you if you want to track by Open, calories or time. I usually track by open and then at the end of your workout you have to stop it. Then the watch will give you a summary of your workout and you can view a more comprehensive summary on your phone.
When you close the summary on your watch it should sync up and appear on MFP in the food diary with the calories you burnt showing up as well.
It's pretty good. I like how hands off entering my exercises are now.0
