Needing Help before holiday....

Hi, I haven't posted on here before so please bear with me....

Basically I need help before I go on holiday in around 13days, I use MFP allot (as it is brilliant!) but where I am going there will not be any internet access, but obviously I will be doing my Calorie Counting....

What I need help with is; I need to know how to work out how many calories burnt during excercise by being able to use a calculator.

I will be taking my Journals with me so that i can keep track of what i eat and how many calories I eat in a day, and I will weigh my self before holiday and on the day i come back, Trying to put on as little if not nothing as possible.

If anyone can help me with this it would be great for me!

Also if anyone wants a new friend on here for motivation and support Add me and I will be happy to accept, I dont care how much you want to lose or anything I am just happy to support people.

Thank you for reading/helping me with my problem! :)

Personally for my holiday I would use the TDEE - 15-20% route. As TDEE takes in to consideration your activity calories, you would then have a set number of calories to have each day.

Try to make decent choices, enjoy yourself and get back to it when you return home.

Use the calculator on MFP to figure out some sample times and activities you'll probably do while on holiday, so something like

30 minutes of aqua aerobics = _____ cals
30 minutes of walking at leisurely pace, 2.5mph = ______ cals
30 minutes of walking a brisk pace, 4.0 mph = ______cals
30 minutes of running at 6.0 mph = ________ cals
30 minutes of dancing, zumba, etc = _______cals
    30 minutes of hiking,climbing, etc = ______cals

Take the little cheat-sheet with you, and you'll have a multiplier in 30 minute increments.
